TERMS OF USE OF THE IBERFIBRA WEBSITE
IBERFIBRA offers access to the website www.iberfibra.com (hereinafter, the IBERFIBRA website) under the terms of use described below:
- USERS
Access to the IBERFIBRA website grants the status of USER to whoever carries it out and implies the USER’s full and unconditional acceptance of each and every one of these TERMS OF USE, without prejudice to the conditions that must be applied in the event that the USER wishes to contract any of the goods and services offered.
The IBERFIBRA website provides the USER with various information made available by IBERFIBRA or by third-party service providers. The provision of the website service is free of charge. However, IBERFIBRA reserves the right to condition access to some services on the website depending on the USER’s registration type.

- JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms of Use shall be governed by the provisions of Spanish law.
In the event of any discrepancy or dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these Terms of Use, IBERFIBRA and the USER, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the USER’S place of residence. In the event that the USER resides outside Spain, IBERFIBRA and the USER, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
- SECURITY INFORMATION
As required by Article 12 bis of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the USER is informed of the following points:
Notwithstanding the security measures implemented by IBERFIBRA, IBERFIBRA recommends that the USER have firewalls (perimeter security devices) installed on their own equipment, as well as regularly update the operating system and its applications, always following the recommendations provided by their suppliers, in order to eliminate possible security vulnerabilities. The USER is also advised not to download or install any unsigned software on their computer.
IBERFIBRA informs the USER that any conduct that infringes the intellectual or industrial property rights of IBERFIBRA or a third party, or that violates or infringes upon the honor, personal or family privacy, or image of third parties, or that is unlawful, may give rise to the corresponding civil and criminal penalties.
- DATA PROTECTION NOTICE
IBERFIBRA informs you of the need to include the personal data provided by the USER in the automated file “Potential Customers”.
The ownership and responsibility for said automated file correspond to IBERFIBRA, which shall take the appropriate measures to guarantee its security and confidentiality.
The aforementioned data shall be processed solely for the purpose of offering our telecommunications products within the established contractual relationship.
In accordance with the provisions of the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection (LO 15/1999), you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, objection, and cancellation of personal data at any time by sending a written request to IBERFIBRA, to the Interested Party Office, IBERFIBRA GESTION DE REDES DE BANDA ANCHA S.A., C/ O´donnell nº 34, 28009 Madrid, attaching a copy of your ID card or Passport.
